WHY MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE?

Medicare Supplement Insurance covers many of the things that are not covered by Medicare. A Medicare Supplement can cover things such as Part A and Part B Deductibles, coinsurance for room cost after the 60th and up to the 150th day of hospital confinement and coinsurance for Skilled Nursing Care. Also, Medicare only pays up to 80% of covered expenses. Your Medicare Supplement will pick up the remaining 20% of those covered expenses.
